What are standard check out and check in time?

Can I have a late check out?

Is it possible to store luggage at the Hotel Felice Casati?
Yes we have a large luggage room that is available for guests needing to store luggage safely.

Do you have non-smoking rooms?
Smoking and no smoking rooms are available on request.

What time is breakfast served?
Our American buffet breakfast is available between 7 and 10:30 am.

Which credit cards do you accept?
Amex, Visa, Master and Diners Club.

Is parking available for my car?
There is a car park just around the corner (100 meters from the hotel) that provides discounted parking for our guests. Pick-up and drop off areas are available in front of the hotel.

Cancellation charges
There is no penalty for reservations that are canceled before 12:00 am on the day of arrival during low season. During high season periods the reservation must be canceled 24 hours before arrival.

Does the hotel comply with the latest safety requirements?
The Hotel Felice Casati has been newly refurbished and now features all of the latest safety precautions and standards. All rooms and common areas are equipped with fire sensors and fireproof doors. The hotel is also equipped with emergency lights.

Does the hotel offer an Internet access?
Yes, complementary WI-FI internet is available throughout the hotel for guests.

Do you have a pet policy?
The Hotel Felice Casati has a strict no pet policy.
